By using Eshrah, you agree to use it respectfully and responsibly. The app is a private space for you and your partner, and you are responsible for the content you add.

By using Eshrah and accepting this policy, you expressly and irrevocably acknowledge and agree to the following:

1) Online cloud storage: Your data and content — including moments, photos, videos, geographic locations, notes, goals, wish lists, cycle and budget data, and your account and device information — are stored on internet-connected cloud servers and systems, and may be stored and processed inside or outside your country of residence.

2) Marketing and analytics use: We may use your data, content, and in-app activity for operating, developing, analyzing, marketing, promoting, and improving the service, and for sending offers and notifications, whether directly or through partners and service providers we work with.

3) Sharing with third parties: We may share your data with hosting, analytics, support, and processing providers, with authorities or as required by law, and with any party in the event of a transfer, merger, or sale of the app.

4) Data retention: We may retain your data for as long as we deem necessary for operational, compliance, and backup purposes, and copies may remain in our records even after you delete your account.

5) Security and limitation of liability: We make reasonable efforts to protect your data but do not guarantee absolute security, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure beyond our reasonable control.

6) Consent and license grant: By accepting this policy you grant us a broad, non-exclusive license to use the content and data as described above, and you confirm that you own the content or are authorized to add it.

7) Age: You must meet the minimum legal age in your country to use the app.

8) Policy changes: We may update this policy at any time, and your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
